JP Wilson Development is offering for a very active and strong Vacation Rental Program (VRP) at it's magnificent lake and beach front resort condo community.

Tourism continues to rise as more and more people are becoming aware of the natural beauty of Costa Rica and it's desirous location. We are confident that the demand for quality, family oriented vacations will draw many renters to us.

The on-site Property Management / Vacation Rental building serves as the offices for our VRP. Here renters check in and find everything necessary to assist them in enjoying a relaxing stay.

We anticipate that the typical "in season" home / condo renter will wish to rent a unit for a week at a time. The "in season" runs from December until May though an owner could expect vacation rental activity throughout the year.
